A great house and location, but unfortunately a tainted experience due to David keeping $200 of our security deposit. A neighbor asked us to go inside at 12am on Saturday night after we returned from the bars and were standing around talking. We were shocked as the noise and music can be heard from the bars in the backyard, but we respectfully went inside (Saratoga quiet hours are 1am I believe on weekends). David decided that this was enough to deduct $200 for the neighbor to get a restaurant gift card from our security deposit, which I doubt is allowed in the contract. When I texted him asking about it he stopped responding. As the reply fails to address, we were never informed of quiet hours in the backyard or that we immediately returned inside when asked. An unfortunate sarcastic and
