1000 Acres Ranch Resort

I went to Thousand Acres with my family and we had the most amazing time. The property is absolutely beautiful, right on the Hudson River, and the scenery is breathtaking. The cabins are gorgeous and newly renovated, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The food was delicious and everything felt very well organized. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. There are so many activities to enjoy, and it’s truly a great place for families, couples, and groups. Everyone can find something fun to do while also relaxing in such a peaceful and beautiful setting. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

Food is just okay. Just okay. There is a bar but its just shots and beer .. some days it doesn’t even open when its supposed to. The septic makes noises. The bed we were given had a huge dent in one side, they swapped it for a bed like a concrete slab. There were confusions about when events happened. Our cabin had a broken window. Activities on the website were unavailable. |Not worth the price.||The staff is great! Great attitudes and professional!

We had a Great experience at 1000 Acres Ranch! The ranch is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are plenty of fun activities like horseback riding and outdoor adventures. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well organized. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking to enjoy nature and have a great time.

The ranch itself was absolutely wonderful. Clean, inviting, and full of friendly people. Everyone we met, from the staff to the other guests, was amazing. We had a great time and really appreciated that the ranch is dog-friendly. The scenery was stunning, especially with the autumn foliage in full color. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding certain activities. I specifically booked my visit for the river crossing ride, mentioning it several times when making my reservation, but only learned upon arrival that it only runs during warmer weather. This should have been clearly stated online or mentioned during booking. In addition, the two-hour scenic ride I asked about was unavailable due to an ATV weekend. While we did see a flyer for the event, it wasn’t mad

We stayed at the ranch with our 3 children and extended family and we had the most magnificent time! We pulled into the ranch and entered beautiful and tranquil grounds. Check in was smooth and quick! The staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. There was a mini fridge in the room which was super convenient! We never had to leave the grounds as there were so many activities offered. We enjoyed kayaking, horse back riding, swimming, an amazing ropes course and zip line and made use of the many sports courts ( lots of sports equipment available at the front desk). The food was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We had car trouble after checking out and needed to extend our stay and we were accommodated so gr
