If you're looking for a fancy place, this isn't... But, it is a peaceful place. Run by lovely, attentive folks. A safe haven. To me, it felt like staying in a good friend's basement, or garage. Obviously not the nicest place, but some of the nicest people. Also, it is very affordable.

This place was utterly and entirely disgusting the rooms are terrible they don’t wash anything there was mold and marks all over and in the corners of the walls. The staff is horrible as well they only care about the money you give them do not take anyone’s feelings into consideration the bathroom floor was stained brown and the shower curtain was half ripped and looked liked someone has been chewing on it. Please do not go here I am saving you from disrespect, unreasonable prices, and bad quality. Put your money to something that can actually benefit you because this motel will not do the trick.

This place was disgusting. Not only was I charged $75 for the room plus a $25 refundable room key as I checked in the owners said how the room was just cleaned. The room was filthy. I had to go by $20 worth of cleaning products to sanitize the entire room. The standing shower was clogged and I could only take a couple mins shower before the water overflowed onto the floor.

I stopped by this place today to check out their rooms. There are bad rooms and then there are places that you wonder how they have not been shut down! After I was told the room was $75 a night plus tax, they offered to show me the room. OMG!!!!! I left and took a shower. The floor was all cracked and tile. The full size bed had a "comforter" that had enough cigarette burns to play connect the dots. I was shown the desk ....well what parts of it made it to the room and was told that the heater (with the rusty metal covers for the cords) was in the process of being repaired. I can't begin to imagine what existed under the bed covering. Trying to be diplomatic about finding another place, I was then warned that they don't take any reservations and this was the last room available.

While there were cleanliness issues I've stayed in worse that cost more and the friendliness of the staff made up for it and the balcony alone is well worth the stay. I would recommend it if you need a place for the week in a convenient location.
