The Inn At Leola Village - A Historic Hotel of America

Exceptional service, above and beyond. Lovely unique, romantic rooms with every modern convenience. We attended a wedding here and the venue was gorgeous, upscale and welcoming. Food was incredible. The coffee shop was worth going to just for the home baked yummies, wide range of coffees and teas and also a fantastic menu. The coffee shop, as well as the Inn, had truly some of the nicest employees you'd ever want to meet.

This is a really lovely boutique hotel conveniently located in a beautiful part of the Pennsylvania countryside near the Amish communities and Lancaster.|From the moment you arrive at reception you feel cared for. The lady who checked us in showed us to our room and assisted with luggage. We had a spacious room in a historic wing of the hotel. It was comfortable and luxurious with a farmhouse feel. |They have a great outdoor pool if you’re there in summer. |There is a really good Italian restaurant on the premises. |If you are there from Monday to Thursday the room prices are a bargain, especially for such a great experience.

Positive: The Landscaping Negative: Location of the pool was not Central and it has two streams of water running from the wall into it. Who wants to be splashed all the time while they're in the pool? Not a really good idea. It would also be better if the cafe and Restaurant were connected

This was an extremely disappointing stay, considering the price we paid for one night. Upon arrival our toilet overflowed immediately upon a single flush, and we were told no cleaning crew was available. The front desk reception staff absorbed the overflowed water with towels, and had no supplies to disinfect the floor. We were forced to leave the provided room towels on the floor to avoid stepping on it. The issues continued when we were startled awake the following morning by the noise coming from the adjoining room. There was absolutely no soundproofing, and we later found out after speaking with the Rooms Manager that this was the cafe next door. This was not my first visit to Leola Village. I have stayed here multiple times, and each time has been wonderful. The food here is delicious. The pastry team is absolutely world class from the pastries in the cafe to the bread and deserts in the restaurant. The staff is something from the ages where world class guest service was common and expected. From Deborah in the Cafe to Lisa, Gavin, Alejandro and Leah in the restaurant and Christian, Carlos and Matt at the front desk. The guest service will be a pleasant surprise if you frequent chain hotels. The rooms are warm and luxurious and most have comfortable sitting areas.
