Zion Village Resort Clubhouse

Book at your own risk. Calling themselves the #1 Rental Luxury resort in Southern Utah is a bit of a joke. The issue we have isn't for the room/home we're staying, it's for the resort itself. They market the pool being open year round but it's "temporarily closed for maintenance." Ok cool, things happen, things need fixing/repairs/cleaning, understandable. But um, no notice on how long that will be? No notice when booking where they could tell you it's temporarily out of service...great. no person on duty at the clubhouse, cool, I'll just call the resort during the posted business hours and talk to someone, nope, straight to voicemail. Ok well, they have an air hockey table at the clubhouse, I'll play for a min, nope, no puck to be found. Restrooms out of order too. The lack of transparenc

Really great place to rest in the desert! Family friendly, nice place, well maintained, easy access to city/resources, and close to local and national parks/geology/wonders! We stayed for several days and loved every minute of it. The parks are great, but we loved being here too. The pool was nice and well maintained. They have BBQ grills to grill on if you're visiting short or long term. The clubhouse was fun with a pool table, modern furniture, well attended bathrooms, and we felt very secure there since key fobs are required to go anywhere in the building/property. We stayed in unit 335, via airbnb. Our hosts were the best hosts we've ever had at any airbnb. Their place was superb, clean, updated, modern, slept 8 MORE people than we actually had, and our family loved the overall fee

A number of adults stayed at the unit. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. It's close to Zion, St George, and Sand Hollow. The pool and lazy river were perfect.

There was a constant smell of sewage and dirty diapers that would not go away. It would come from the laundry room and emanated throughout the house. The floors were dirty and when we used the vacuum it was completely full with old debris and hair. Overall kind of a gross place to stay

We had an amazing stay at Zion Village Resort! The townhome was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, making it the perfect home base for our Zion National Park adventure. The resort’s heated pool, lazy river, and pickleball courts were a hit with our family, and the kids loved the clubhouse games. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a short drive to Zion, the location was ideal, and the stunning desert views were a bonus. Highly recommend this resort for a luxurious and family-friendly getaway! We’ll definitely be back!
