Coral Springs Resort

We planned a last minute weekend trip for the family in October. We're so glad that this resort was available. We had 3 condos in the same building and the rooms are so much bigger than they seem in the photos. Our kids went straight to the pool, which is also big for a St. George location. We cooked meals together and watched football and went on a hike from the resort in the mornings. It could not have been a better experience and we have already booked our stay for February when we have soccer games.

Our experience was disappointing due to poor communication and inflexible guest policies. During our stay, we reached out to the resort and never received a response, despite using the contact method provided. We also know for a fact that our unit was not rented the night following our departure, as the resort offered us a discounted rate to extend our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay longer. However, when we requested a later checkout (before noon), we were told it would cost an additional $50, which felt unreasonable under the circumstances. Guests should also be aware that keypad access is deactivated at 10:00 a.m., meaning you will not be able to re-enter the unit after that time, even if you are in the middle of packing or loading your vehicle. All I have to say is WOOOW. Probably the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and at the price was definitely good even though off-season but that was the point. as you will see from my pictures. It was a really nice place. One room had two sets of double queen size beds, and then there was a master bedroom with a king size bed. Indoor and outdoor fireplace. A nice grill. The patio was huge with a privacy door on each side. The kitchen was very large as well. Had to sit down dining room table and four bar chairs at the counter. When we cooked, the only complaint I would have is dull knives, and there weren’t any large knives. Since I’ve been down the dull knife road before I had, my own sharpener 😁. Very nice condo. The jacuzzi tub needed some scrubbing on the jets but not a huge deal. We were on the third floor which was not ideal to haul all our stuff up all the stairs. So if you are not physically able to do the flights of stairs, make sure you request a lower level.

The only reason we booked here was for the "rooftop jacuzzi" for our boys after a sports tournament. There was no rooftop jacuzzi. The place was filthy, so gross in fact, I didn't let my boys sit on the couch (plus is was broken down on one side). The master bathroom still had urine all around the floor and the smell was horrendous. Not to mention the smell of sewage that wakes you up in the night. The beds didn't have bed skirts and exposed dirty box springs. The "fancy" pillows on the bed looked as though they have never been cleaned. We stayed cliff side in 9A. They did give us a 10% discount after I showed them pics of the filth and missing hot tub, but it was not 10% of the stay so I'm not sure what their 10% is.
