"you didn't ask if that was working" is the only answer the front desk knows I thought I'd leave a list of questions to ask about your room before you book it.... Does the lock work? Does the bathroom fan work? Does the WiFi work? Do the charge ports work? Is the Pool open? Is toilet paper extra? Are there flies i my room in December? What is that smell? It says no smoking but a cloud of nogchampa is cool right?

By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This hotel has been under renovations for over a year as far as I can tell from the reviews. I called ahead of time to ask about some of the previous traveler concerns. Yes, they said the elevator worked. Yes, all rooms have been renovated. Still doing renovations in other parts of hotel. |Got to hotel, elevator not working, they put us on 3rd floor. When we arrived on the third floor another guest came down the hall and said, “welcome to our third world country.”|Was awoken at 12:30 a.m. by a ripping sound in hallway. They had laid plastic down the length of hallway and were taping off the wall to paint. After midnight!!!! What??? Every sound comes through the thin door and light through the top and bottom. Our room was NOT in fact finished

When we checked in, we noticed the remodeling going on, so we expected some oopsies. The room looked nice enough. No TP or face cloths. Not really a big deal, the staff replaced it right away before staring at their phone again. My wife discovered the last occupants hair clinging all over the wall of the shower. (I hope they are ok) There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was interesting. No forks, and when I asked for one, the poor guy working the breakfast had no clue. I ended up having to show him basically a picture of a fork. They were in a cabinet. Overall, the breakfast was lacking in basic food sanitation. The indoor pool isn't heated, if thats your thing. I was almost trapped in the bathroom. PS, the beds look nice, but it felt like sleeping in something that wanted to

While I was thankful to find an affordable room for the night late on a holiday weekend. I would not stay there again if I could keep from it Our room stunk like bad BO. The window in our room did not open It wasn't broken it just wasn't meant to open. So no fresh air to cool off the room or mitigate the smell. The shower would not get hot water in the morning, it ran cold for 20 min while the sink got hot quickly. Continental breakfast was a joke. Crowded by what all seemed like hotel staff, most of everything was gone or not working.

It was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. They are remodeling and our room the floor sloped, the shower was not cleaned and the shower curtain holder was half out of the wall ready to fall down. So we didn't get our shower's this morning, the front desk gal was on her phone playing when we walked up and all she said when I told her want was wrong with the room, sorry to hear that. We will never stay there again. Also we never even tried the breakfast due to the reviews the wife was reading about it. We will be letting Choice Hotels that this is not a motel I would want on my list of motels to stay at.
