Don't bother with this place, unless you like being lied to. Cable sucks, lost water twice, lost power twice. We were told that sites are large and well landscaped, NOT. Be prepared to see your neighbors camper 15 feet away . All staff resides here and are mixed in with paying customers. They advertise walking trail. NOT. They call this a resort, but there is absolutely nothing to do. No shuffle board, no pool table, no ping pong, absolutely nothing to do. And your a long way from anywhere. Not to mention wifi sucks, and phone service is almost unheard of. Don't waste your time, we left a month early to save our sanity. Oh by the way, NO REFUNDS

If you’re looking for that “old Florida“ this is the place! Quite a ways off the beaten path, but directly on the Suwanee River. Beautiful old growth Florida trees and shrubs. Good sized sites with full hook ups, cable and 5G Internet. Also a pool And boat dock. Beverly was very pleasant and accommodating. We rented one of their pontoon boats, which was definitely a disappointment, but at least we got to experience the Suwanee River up close and personal. We will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely no cell service, WiFi, internet none. Drive 10 minutes away to make a phone call. Water system terrible, filters don’t last a week. Laundry, they have so much chemicals in the water it has ruined clothes, blankets etc. absolutely will not recommend this place. It’s the cheapest around and you get what you pay for 😞😡

Web site claims high speed internet! Better description would be NO speed internet! Went ti the office three times and given the same answer every time! They are coming out Thursday to fix it! Never got fixed! Been here a month and a half, moved lots, and still nothing! If you have health issues and need contact with the outside world, DONOT STAY HERE!

Absolutely beautiful campground. Got to be the best I’ve ever been to the landscaping is gorgeous and they take care of it. Everything is maintenance and the park is quiet and the rooms are clean. The men in charge of landscaping are super sweet. Everything has been perfect.
