Ugh!! 😩 The Parking Control here is absolutely UNSAFE, traffic backed up in the freeway standstill for highland exit. NOT SAFE freeway and trucks going high rate of speeds. And Finally not able to park in the Parking Garage!! What in the world?? Park on the hill and take the shuttle - really for a person in a walker? The shuttles are not walker, wheelchair safety/friendly. I came with family to get my gift card and we just left cause of the hassle of parking here and no accommodation for special needs or pick up or drop offs. Something is going to happen if The Casino cannot make it safer. Yes, some days there is very light traffic. More and more I don’t like coming here because of traffic congestions not to mention the very high toilets in the women’s restrooms and pee all other the floor

This is the worst customer services I have ever experienced. No one can answer my question. Not the Hotel Manager, Casino Floor Manager, Vip services, phone services, not even through email(no reply to this date) or anything. I was planning on going to the casino with my dad he been wanting to go, now that my Birthday was around the corner I wanted to take my dad with me but on the APP I wasn't able to get rooms no more. Despite the fact I got free room on the APP and through the mail(Flyers talking about promotions and free night stays). I have friends and coworkers and theirs say the same thing but they actually have the rooms available but I don't. Been a regular here for years. They treat you like doo doo if you do not use your card. (That should tell you something in itself) I would’ve been a diamond member long time ago if I used mine regularly, but I’m not required too, and have the right not to. I should not be penalized for something that’s optional. they get a generous 2 stars for the level of intervening they do in dire situations. Such as, people trying to take your money from your machine if you turn your back, etc, they do make these situations right. And they make it right FAST. Awesome experience at yaamava casino, this casino is amazing honestly, never got to actually see it all until this last visit, I had January 13th, 2026. I was blown away and amazed at all the games this casino has, it has it all the best of the best slots I was amazed not to mention how fun and exciting it was to play and win. Very fun experience have yet to go and stay at the hotel and see how there hotel is but from the pictures it looks incredible. Would definitely recommend for anyone to go check it out its an amazing casino and the buffet was excellent.

I'm going to play and the place is very comfortable. The service provided by all the employees is admirable; they are very respectful. They have a wide variety of food. The buffet costs $60, which in my personal opinion is a bit high, but I can't comment on the type of food they offer because I didn't go into the buffet.
