Motel 6 Highland, CA – San Bernardino – East

Positive: Hotel employee welcomed us warmly & every person we dealt with could not have been more friendly or helpful. Great value for the cost too. Negative: Please replace the towels: they’re like sandpaper & a slight investment would up the level to match the service, breakfast, coffee, GREAT coffee $2-3 Game changer

I had a great stay at the Motel 6 in Highland, CA. The room was surprisingly clean and modern—everything looked updated, from the flooring to the bathroom. It didn’t feel like an older motel at all; it actually felt fresh and well taken care of. The staff made a big difference too. Tony and Priscilla were super helpful and friendly both at check-in and during my stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Good price, clean rooms, and great customer service. Can’t ask for more. 👍

This is absolutely the worst place if you are African American. The manager is racist. We payed for a room and the manager came with her assistant and walked in saying it smelled like smoke . Mind you nobody was smoking. We were leaving to go to the casino and she stopped us at the desk and said no smoking. Ok we get it. We left to the casino came back and they went in our room and grabbed our belongings. Stole my mom's medicine and a louis Vuitton bag with 6700 in it. I would not recommend anyone black to go here. Mind you when we got there she let the Spanish lady use the bathroom and not us. Priscilla is the worst. Unless your her race. I'm trying to contact the necessary people now to fill out a claim possible lawsuit.

My room was on the third floor, It was Very clean, and everything in it worked perfectly the only thing was that the mattress was not so comfy. |The staff is efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.|It is only 5 minutes away from the San Manuel Casino.|Good motel for the price.

I had a small issue late at night during my stay, and both Priscilla and Tony handled it quickly and professionally. They were respectful, calm, and made sure the situation didn’t affect the rest of my stay. That alone made me feel confident staying here again.
