Wyndham Vacation Ownership

Trying to get in contact without being giving the runaround is so frustrating. You can ask specific questions and they still don''t want to give you the information you ask for. Ronald was the person name that was reluctant to tell me what I ask for and then try and tell me what I can and can't do with my account when I ask for information dealing with my account.

Sales managers will say anything to secure a dishonest sale. They use deceptive practices at the SC Myrtle Beach location and the failed to provide the beach front hotel with a kitchen.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Worst place ever to go. Do NOT go here for the travel voucher or show tickets. The staff is so manipulative and I had to tell them no to spending $48,000 up front in vacation costs 7x to 3 different representatives before the would “let me leave”. I have never left a poor review but felt like it was a PSA to let everyone know how poor of a business this is, and to never waste your time or your money with such a horrible place. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Very rude "salesman". They preach "we respect your decision" until you say "no" and you see a man child cry as if you stole his candy. We simply said "no" and that was the end of it for the salesboy. Cried how when we politely said no and were all of a sudden "rude". Finally had enough of their stories, so me and my wife walked out, just to be followed by desperate sales person. So we are so rude, yet you proceed to follow us several stories down. Not sure if harassment or absolute desperation? Regardless, stay clear of this joke of a "company".

BEWARE!!! WORST timeshare marketing experience we had. We were told we would get tickets to a Cirque de Soleil show if we attended a 2-hour presentation. When we showed up for the presentation we were told all the tickets for the show had sold out and they could offer tickets to lesser quality shows. We declined the latter because they were not worth the 2-hours of listening to the benefits of timeshare ownership at Wyndham. I doubt they compare to established timeshare companies like Holiday inn or Hilton. Wyndham should not be promising stuff they cannot fulfill and waste people’s time. Finally, we went to inquire about the tickets directly at the venue and were not sold out as Wyndham told us.
