This stay was for one night, and was originally booked as a comp night. At the front desk, I was offered an upgrade to a Fountain View Terrace Suite in the Chelsea Tower, which I gladly accepted.||The Suite was very nice, if a bit on the dark side. I had no maintenance or cleanliness issues. It could do with brighter lighting in my opinion, but other than that it's a fantastic suite with a balcony overlooking the Bellagio Fountains.||Location wise, you're centre-strip with a lot of things easily within walking distance. I do love the connectivity it has with Bellagio and Vdara/Aria, which increases your choice of restaurants nearby.

Positive: This was literally the most beautiful hotel with the best view. Having fresh air and an open balcony was amazing. I didn't want to leave. Negative: The parking garage is huge and confusing.

I have previously stayed at Paris and NYNY. I decided this time to go with Cosmopolitan, I booked a fountain view suite with a terrace. Check in was very easy using the MGM app and we had a room on the 30th floor in the Chelsea Tower. I was very impressed with the room, I thought it looked a little tight and cluttered on the pictures but it isn’t. It was spacious, clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Good wardrobe space, an empty fridge, good quality tv’s and a comfy bed and sofa. The bathroom was large with a tub, a walk in shower and two sinks, again very spacious. The bed was comfortable, I liked how easy it was to control the lighting from the bed area. The lifts were efficient and we rarely had to wait more than 30 seconds for a lift to arrive. They have some good f

Just stayed at the Cosmopolitan for the first time, and let me tell you... I'LL MOST CERTAINLY be back on my next visit for sure. The decor in this hotel is Ultra Swanky and very appealing. The rooms are by far the best on the strip, paired with the balcony terrace suits which are unmatched. My wife really loved the Japanese soak tub and is already ready to return for another 4 night retreat. If your going to LV anytime, look no further than the BEST HOTEL on the strip, THE COSMOPOLITAN....!!!

Compared to Mandalay Bay, the staff here were definitely friendlier, which was a nice change. They even gave us $50 food vouchers, which was appreciated. That said, the experience still had some frustrations. . Also, like many Vegas hotels these days, there was no one helping with luggage, opening the car door, or even opening the front door when arriving. The room itself was older, but still in better condition than Mandalay Bay. The best part was the view — we had a fun view of the Bellagio fountains and the Sphere, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, the hallways and overall feel of the property are starting to look old, and the hotel could really use a refresh. Overall, it was a better experience than Mandalay Bay, but not somewhere I would rush to stay again. I definitel
