Definitely coming back next week! Had a fantastic experience and wanna give a shout out to Amber, Georgina and Aiden. Thank you all and also for the gentleman who dealt with my complicated check-in. I forgot his name, but you were all so fantastic and made the experience great plus the food in the restaurant was surprisingly good for “hotel food.”

My best friend booked this hotel for us because it was close to her home. In fact, whenever friends and family visit, this is their "go to" hotel to have people stay. It is in a very convenient location, staff was friendly, and rooms are spacious and clean. I would stay here again.

Went for a work conference this past week and it was great! Clean property and rooms, extremely friendly staff and a nice welcoming stay. I enjoyed both bartenders at the arrowhead lounge as both men were very nice and easy to talk to. They also made delicious lemon drop martinis! Also enjoyed some loaded tots and Buffalo cauliflower during their happy hour. Overall, my stay was nice and enjoyable.

Positive: "" Negative: My guess is that this was once a really nice hotel. It is nice but showing its age. After the first night the room was made up fine. When we returned after being out the second day the bed not made up, no fresh towels & trash unemptied.

I stay here every time I'm in town to visit family. Location is great, right off the highway but still quiet. They have EV charger which are a great amenity. Beds are comfortable, rooms are large, food is your standard hotel food. My only complaint is that our room smelled terribly of dog pee, not just in a spot or two but the smell was saturated throughout the whole room. It's a pet friendly hotel, so I could understand some level of pet smells but this was excessive. We did not have pets with us to be clear. Leaving a 3 star review as this is the only time there has been an issue, all other visits have been great.
