Heritage Hotel & Conference Ctr.

My husband and I actually had our wedding here May '21 and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Between the staff, the rooms, amenities, food, everything was fantastic. We worked closely with Jen who was amazing, especially since we were planning during Covid. The day of, we worked with Stephanie who was also incredible. We talk about this venue often, still, as do our families and friends. This May will be our five year wedding anniversary and we plan to come back to celebrate. We loved The Heritage!

It's very nice hotel. I was there for a conference. Breakfast , Snacks and lunch. We're all very good. All of the weightstaff, those working, the counter, we're all very helpful and nice. The room was clean and well supplied. I do wish they don't change out the soap and shampoo, while it was still perfectly good. The room was a little dated to the 90s. But like I said, if it was clean.

You'd have to travel pretyy far away and spend a lot more money to get the amenities that the Heritage offers. I'm a local and my wife & I often book a room here for a weekend night just to get away from it all. Luxury accomodations, superior amenities, world class food and a warm, experienced staff. I like the indoor, heated pool with the plus sized, perfectly hot, Jacuzzi hot tub. ||Then there's the sauna & steam room in the men's & women's locker rooms. This is the real deal. They don't make these types of places any more. Remember the Holidomes from the 70's and 80's? It's like them, but better. They also have amazing catering and conference facilities. They do a lot of weddings here. Once you see the grounds, you'll understand why, absolutely gorgeous.

Positive: Such a beautiful place. I had an amazing sports massage at the spa. And the front desk allowed us to check in early with an upgraded room over looking a creek and golf course with small mountains in the back. It was a very pleasant experience Negative: I wish the jacuzzi and sauna were attached to the spa and not the hotel. We wanted to hit the jacuzzi after our massages but didn't realize it was in the gym and shared by the other hotel guests not just the spa guests.

My family and I needed a place to gather on Christmas Eve. The Tavern was the place that could accommodate all 11 – 21 of us. KeSean Williams, the manager, arranged everything for us. He contacted me several times to make sure every detail was in place and to our satisfaction. His always amiable, cheerful disposition made setting everything up truly easy and stress-free. He and his excellent waitstaff created a separate section for us, with beautiful and festive table settings, delightful ambiance, and an abundance of space. When only 11 of us arrived, they cleared some place-settings for us without a single frown. Their service came with smiles, gentle queries, and the highest level of professionalism.
