Customer Reviews
I had an absolutely wonderful experience camping at Wright’s in Cannon Beach. My campsite was clean and had enough space for us making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restrooms and showers were consistently well-maintained and spotless, which really added to the overall positive experience. I truly appreciated the owner’s thoughtful approach to ensuring everyone respects the quiet hours and the peaceful atmosphere of the campground. It’s clear that they care deeply about creating a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short 10-minute walk to the beautiful beach or into the charming nearby town, making it easy to enjoy everything Cannon Beach has to offer. We will definitely be returning. This was a fantastic camping
Wright's is such a gem - located walking distance from shops, restaurants, and Haystack rock!||||Our family of 4 (2 adults / 2 children) and dog enjoyed the woodsy feel of the campground, which by far was the cleanest campground we've ever stayed at! The facilities are cleaned throughout the day and even our firepit was vacuumed out upon arrival. ||||There are 22 campsites - we had site 10 on night 1 and 11 on nights 2 and 3. We booked several months in advance as this place is popular. Camp sites are spacious and some are less private than others. I loved 10 and 11 - the only complaint is the highway noise throughout the night (but that's not anything that can be helped by the incredible staff!)||||Lots of families here and people doing cool things like hiking/biking the 101. Site was very small (#2). We have a minivan and tent, not enough room. No music allowed, period unless you wear headphones. Unfortunately it's the only place to camp in Cannon Beach as far as I know. There is no camping at nearby Ecola State Park. No cell reception. We didn't even bother unpacking our van. We paid for two nights at $60 per night and couldn't even stay there. Way overpriced. I strongly advise avoiding this place.
Okay camping option. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean bathroom, I was impressed. Unfortunately the bathrooms are small, only 2 showers and stalls per gender. This was not a big deal for me, but my wife had to wait to use the bathroom multiple times during our visit. Very open camp with little privacy between camp sites. Again, I get it is just a camp, but I have been to better camps. The location is good, easy access to the highway, beach, and only a 15 minute walk into town.
probably one of the best campgrounds I have ever stayed at. the bathrooms, showers, and campsite was very clean and warm. Loved that they had sorted garbage/recycling bins. the rate is on the higher end compared to other campgrounds but the comfort and convenience you get from this site is worth! The campsites are quite close to each other, which makes me appreciate the no-speak and quiet time even more. Highly recommend
