“The hosts, Kevin and Natalia, are very attentive; they’re always nearby and pay great attention to detail. The house has plenty of space and everything feels like new. It also has parking and a small gym in the garage. Every Wednesday, they always left a small gift basket when cleaning the place. Everything is very accessible and close by; the neighborhood is very quiet, and the parks are just nearby.

Kevin was an amazing host! I stayed in Penthouse One for about five weeks. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed as far as kitchen and bathroom supplies, towels and linens, etc. I liked the location as there was a park nearby to take my dog and also restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. Also, for Hollywood the apartment was on a quiet street. I also have to thank Natalia who took care of cleaning the apartment weekly and was very sweet to my dog. Thank you again, Kevin and Natalia!!!

Kevin is an outstanding host. The place is clean, modernly updated, comfortable and we felt perfectly safe while staying there. It’s conveniently and centrally located. We did tourist stuff and it’s a breeze to only have to drive a few minutes to all major sight-seeing spots. My 13yo appreciated the gym equipment as well. Beds were so comfortable. Lots of natural light. They even have welcome baskets with bottled waters, chocolates and snacks. We loved how welcomed Kevin has made us feel throughout our stay. I booked directly with Kevin outside of Airbnb and it was easy,, safe and without any issues or complications. Will definitely come back and recommend Kevin to my friends coming to LA. The entire experience was smooth, restful and very positive! I highly recommend!

Ground floor rental unit was exactly as pictured. Perfect for a couple. Compact with modern fixtures and outside private deck for relaxing. Booking was very easy with self check-in straight forward. Relatively quiet neighborhood with close proximity by car to nice restaurants, the Grove and Farmers market. Host provided refreshments and munchies were much appreciated on arrival after our drive to LA. as were the Host parking instructions.

Kevin was such an amazing host!! We stayed with him for about 8 months and he went over and beyond to make us feel right at home. He responds immediately to every concern and handles everything in a timely, pleasant manner. The place was spotless and stays spotless with the cleaning services he provides. He also provided us with our very own parking spots and put signs up so that no one ever takes our parking. He ALSO has a gym downstairs that anyone would benefit from. He is part of the reason why i decided to stay in the area for a longer time then I planned! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to use his services to have a much much smoother and pleasant stay while in West Hollywood.
