Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

I have been to Sofitel serveral times and the rooms and facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly and courteous. I was especially impressed with Enrique who is one the head valets and welcomed me back when I pulled in. It had been at least six months since the last time I was there and he recognized me. I do not know how many people he sees drive in in six months, but it was impressive that he remembered me as well as being very friendly.

We love staying at the BH Sofitel! We know so many of the staff, and they always greet us warmly and assist us in every way. The remodel and the holiday decor is SO wonderful - just perfect.

We loved this hotel! The location is perfect and is in easy walking distance to Beverly Center, Bloomingdale's, and restaurants. We were there in December, so it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our room was a very nice size and was exceptionally clean. We were nicely surprised that turn-down service was even provided in the evening. That was the first time we have ever experienced that level of luxury even in more expensive hotels. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were there four nights and never encountered one unpleasant staff member. The only negative we found was that at night, we could hear outside music playing all night. We had double French doors, so perhaps those allowed more noise in the room. I attended an event here on March 4th and 5th, everything was beautifully set up and executed, but I have to give a special shout out and thanks to Paige. She was helpful and gracious both days, but went above and beyond to find out if the lunch would be safe for my food allergies. I didn’t ask her to check, because I could see how busy she was, she took the initiative to do a kindness for a stranger… that is invaluable! Thank you Paige!

Everything was great, the rooms are clean, the staff is lovely, the gym is excellent, the restaurant has great food. My 9 rather than 10 is that although my shower head was cleaned it was still weak (for someone with a curly hair like mine washing my hair in such conditions is not fun). The other issue that I had but am not sure how it can be fixed is that the towels closet for the room service were adjacent to my door and I heard noise of the door opening and closing. Both these issues were minor compared to all the rest which was truly great and I plan to return to this hotel when back in LA.
