Desk person was rude. Refused my service animal without paperwork. Legally they can only ask what task the animal preforms but he wanted paperwork which I am not required to carry. He refused me a room and just said goodbye and walked away

Positive: They do keep this property clean. Negative: Yes! I kept getting locked out of my room! They were supposed to repair the card slide on the door for entry the next day and they failed to do so so we got locked out again. Very frustrating!

William was friendly and very helpful. Older hotel but clean and safe. No BUGS! Would definitely recommend. Right off interstate, plenty of restaurants close by.

Staff and management very friendly It did not have a coffee pot in the room , soap or shampoo but plenty of places to get coffee or to eat within walking distance. Shopping close by. The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable but rooms were clean. It seems they are improving them little by little. Will stay there again. Management excellent!

I am not a type of person to complain but this was the second time we came and it was Dirty, rude owner , moldy shower curtain, cold showers , goes in the room and turns off ac . uncomfortable beds , blanket feel old , dirty towels with other people hair in them & have problems giving fresh towels. we will never ever stay here again !
