Great service. All set at arrival!

Bad smell from the room. Had ro spray multiple times with air sanitizer. Noticed our socks were turning black so I grabbed a couple of wash cloths and wiped the floor. The wash cloths were instantly black. Asked to switch rooms, but none available. Stains on matress covers. Would recommend disinfecting the rooms before staying.

The staff was very pleasant at check-in. Once we opened the door to our room, #316, we immediately recognized we could never get a decent night's sleep on the broken down mattress! They took us to the only other king bed available, which was slightly less broken down. There was no way our backs could have handled either bed for 4 nights! We requested a full refund, but the best they would do was a partial, with us paying for one night. Besides the bed issue, the USB port on the left side of bed was not operable. For a hotel that was built only 4 years ago, we expected much better quality. I will never book through Expedia again. The hotel & Expedia both blamed the other for not giving us a full refund. Customers Bewarw!!

Really have mixed results on this place. Check in was super. The lady at the desk was polite and professional. The room seemed clean and comfortable. There wasn’t an ice machine and when I asked about it , she said that most people would take advantage of it and I’ll quote her “break the bank” . This is the first motel of any I have ever stayed in that didn’t have an ice machine. They don’t do any sort of breakfast, Starbucks is next door. Was also told that DoorDash was the best option for food. And most importantly.. as I am typing this review I am the getting the horrible smell of someone smoking pot.

Let me start by saying that Tiffany King was awesome. Her patience with our check-in was extraordinary. We spent over an hour and a half, trying to correct a mistake from Hotels.com. In the end we were able to get a rare refund from Hotels.com and Tiffany checked us in directly. The only drawback that we had was that there was no coffee maker in the room. It wouldn't have been so bad, but the coffee machine in the lobby only had decaf.
