Premier Inns Tolleson

Bed bugs, smells, broken and filthy everything, unsafe. The photos online were all completely misleading. There's a check in window outside, no lobby. There was a security guard. There were multiple cars and trucks in the lot missing entire parts. The sink was missing a chunk, as was one wall. It reeked. A roll of TP in the bathroom *had poop on it*. Sheets were literally threadbare. Did I mention the BED BUGS?

Read 1 star reviews. What you see in the pictures and what you actually get are two different things. I booked here because the pictures looked good. But they weren't pictures of the room I stayed in. Very dilapidated room in disrepair, peeling paint, dirty, dilapidated, roach infested room. Worst place I have ever stayed. I told the lady at the desk that I needed a ground floor room as I was disabled. She told me that there were no other rooms available. I contacted booking.com to get a refund but they said that that was not a possibility through booking.com. I'm disabled and on social security and if I had the money to move elsewhere for the 3 days that I stayed I would have spent it. Horrible experience.

Stayed at Premier Inn in Arizona and it was a terrible experience. Plugs didn’t work, the bathroom door barely closed unless you shoved it hard, and the walls were torn up. The floors and carpet didn’t look properly cleaned, and the towels were tiny and barely covered your body. You couldn’t even get extra towels unless housekeeping came in. The bed didn’t have blankets — just sheets (thank goodness I brought my own). The worst part was the shower handle was installed backwards: the blue side (which should be cold) was actually hot, and the red side was cold, and I ended up burning myself because of it. Overall the place felt run-down and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting ! Don't let the 5 star reviews or photos of the property fool you ! Dirty unkempt parking lot and our room had not been dusted in weeks. The comfy chair you see in there photos is now a plastic chair..lol This place is worth about $50 a night....but to add insult to injury it was race weekend and we got ripped off for over $200 a night. Wish I could post photos.

Positive: Location Negative: A,/c -heater unit did not work at all... sweated all night long. No ventilation. Window was one piece. u could not even open a window bathroom exhaust fan did work either.. worst yet, no security door locks, in order to cool off the door had to stay open.
