WoodSpring Suites North Ft Worth Alliance TX Speedway

I checked in the night of the 11th. Had to wait 10 minutes for a staff member to come to the desk. Once I got to my room, I knew something was off. It smelt musty, room was dirty with food pieces left in the microwave and counters had obviously not been wiped before the room was flipped. The Shower had multiple hairs and dirt left over. Bed was dirty but after a long drive I was ready to sleep. Woke up the next day extremely itchy, was concerned but didn’t see any sign of bedbugs at that time. The morning following that I woke up with the bites on my leg, blood spots on the sheet and a dead bed bug in the bed. I couldn’t tell anyone at the desk as they were closed until 9am. Does not honor prepaid reservations from booking platforms!!||I booked a four night stay through Capital One’s travel portal. I believe they use Expedia. It was a prepaid reservation. We arrived at 9:30pm and was told they sold out of rooms and I would need to address getting a refund with the platform. I had no where to go as other hotels sold out also.

Choice hotels are usually great. This one wasn't even close.

I cannot thank TINA at the front desk enough for their outstanding service. And NARIAH the manager They were incredibly welcoming upon arrival and even later surprised us with a room upgrade! these two Girls gave us the LOVE of my family as if I met my two sisters.

Very nice rooms and great pricing. I travel a lot and this location is very good. Adding self service in the lobby. Clean and quite. Great Screens and channels. Full size Fridge. Burners and sink. Close to Plenty of food and gas stations. I will alway stay here if they continue to give great service!
