Extremely basic, hair dryer didn't work. Bed was a coil mattress on a metal rolling frame. Mattress wanted to slide off the frame. Floor dirty, just kinda a creepy place.

Ok, I booked this apartment because of the REVIEWS! We arrived from a long trip across the country and booked this hotel online using the reviews and pics as our guide. All misleading! The room we booked had a terrible smell, carpet dirty and everything in the apartment was old! The employees were very courteous and showed us two more rooms, but we realized this was not the place to stay with my family! Thank God we were able to cancel! I'm giving this hotel a 2 because of the reception and adm who really tried to accommodate us.

Altogether is a fairly decent experience just make sure if you have a pet that you do not try to sneak it in as I did and I had to pay a fine of $70 for sneak in my pet. They hawk cameras and watch for that stuff so it was my fault but nonethelessthey pay attention so keep that in mind if you have an animal with you

We had a great experience at the hotel we've been there almost 7 months we checked out yesterday the staff was very sweet and kind we would definitely check back in again if this hotel we love it the staff is really nice The people at the front desk is very sweet I want to thank James and I can't think the other lady name in the front desk She was very sweet to us and kind She treated us by respect we'll definitely come back

I didn't stay but a friend of mine did. Rooms are OK. Kitchenette a plus but room needs some serious updating. The laundry room needs new appliances. Had to dry 3 cycles for 5-6 articles of clothes. Carpet in halls needs replaced. Gives a weird smell. Located right off I-20east but didn't really hear it in room. The staff was nice. Oh there is an elevator for the four floors.
