WoodSpring Suites Daytona Beach Int'l Speedway

My friends and I traveled all the way from California, and we were so impressed with the service we received especially from Laquan at the front desk. Even during the busy Daytona 500 weekend, he remained incredibly positive, professional, and welcoming. His upbeat attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made our stay even better. He’s a fantastic asset to the hotel! The rooms were spotless, fresh, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was just minutes from Daytona International Speedway making it incredibly convenient for the race. Overall, it was a fantastic experience

Horrible staff , rooms are filthy , horrible smell throughout the place, no water pressure , no accommodations such as a continental breakfast , parking lot had busted up concrete everywhere with rod sticking up that could puncture your tire.

Positive: Paid for a three night stay and the room was given to someone else without informing me. Was told I?d get a refund for two days but that was a lie. Negative: Did not feel safe, and not too clean.

Rooms was mostly clean. Bed linens were very thin. Towels were great. Electricity good and air/heat very good. TV with direct tv was awesome. The burnt toast smell was almost unbearable. Location was the best! for Daytona International Speedway. The Tiki Bar is close by.

Rook was clean. Check in was great. Laquan at The desk was very attentive and did a great job and check-in. Every time I enter the lobby, he remembers my name and greets me with a smile. He is an asset to your company.
