WoodSpring Suites Chicago Romeoville

If you plan to stay here, I would suggest picking a new location. I stayed here back in 2022 and it was decent then but now it’s just terrible. People being super loud during quiet hours, the room across the hall from me had people knocking on his door all day and night with people just in and out and I’m sure all those people were not staying at the hotel. Seemed odd to me. If your room is on the front side of the hotel, don’t leave your window open or it will get smelly from all the cig smokers who just some right in front of the main entrance. This hotel will nickel and dime you on everything. This is the only Woodsprings that didn’t give any of my pre-paid money back when I checked out early. My guy and I absolutely love this location (Romeoville) and the staff. Darius the hotel manager & GiGi the front desk attendant, they make hotel life/living wonderful!! Especially after leaving the Merrillville location. We lived there for a year and the difference is absolutely night & day. We feel safe, rooms are clean, hotel is quiet when it should be, and the police isn’t there every night. Romeoville rocks!! There are no superhero’s creating unnecessary stresses, just staff members doing what’s necessary and doing it with a spirit of excellence. I appreciate their efforts with maintaining the hotel. Keep it up, we thank you😊

Room was clean and comfortable. I have to admit that had I known people from local refineries were staying there, I would have gone elsewhere. Not to be snotty, but the smell of oil, cigarettes and cooking grease really put me off. Also, we took our dogs to the designated pet area to find many people did not clean up after their dogs despite the fact poo bags were generously provided to do so. [Review collected by TrustYou]

They are thief, and liars.. especially the manager very bad person. They still money from customers.i pay for one week and they charge me 2 weeks. one week more after I left..called them so many time, they say we going to refund and I still after 2 months. I did not get refund..don't recommend it. Don't go there , you going to lose money..They are thief and Liars...very bad management

I recently stayed at this hotel at 1093 Wyndham Parkway and ended up checking out early because I felt genuinely unsafe. After I left, corporate informed me that I wasn’t even checked out in their system yet, so I’m still waiting for the refund for the days I did not stay. During my stay, I personally witnessed activity from a staff member named Gigi and her boyfriend, Ace, that raised serious concerns about drug-related behavior happening on the property. What I saw was alarming enough that I contacted the police and reported everything to management, including Darius. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed and the situation continued. Based on what I witnessed, I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here, especially families or vulnerable individuals, because the environment
