Super 8 by Wyndham Romeoville Bolingbrook

I had a great stay at the Super 8 and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable. The service really stood out—staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I’d happily stay here again.

My wife & I stayed here a couple of day's while I attended orientation with a trucking company. The staff are wonderful. Clean room's and comfortable beds. We highly recommend if your in the Romeoville IL area and need a hotel this is your place. Oh great rates also. The Penningtons from South Carolina

The Bed was good and pillows were ok. The Room was basic but clean which is what is important to me. The Staff were friendly. The Price was good. We didn't go down for breakfast. Chose sleep over eat so I can't say anything about the food. The building is dated but that does nt matter to me.

Positive: It wasn't horrible Negative: They would let homeless people sit in the lobby all day with like 4 black trash bags, making it really uncomfortable to go in there for anything. People would also smoke right out side the front door.

Hello, I would like to report concerns regarding the front desk representative, Siri. Her attitude during both phone and in-person interactions was not appropriate. She was not answering questions clearly, and speaking with her felt as though she perceived simple inquiries as personal attacks. This made my customer feel uncomfortable throughout the stay. Additionally, the guest was required to move to a different room due to having a pet, even though the original booking did not indicate any such restriction. This should have been disclosed upfront prior to confirming the reservation. The hotel also charged additional refundable fees for incidentals, which again were not communicated before booking. Overall, staff interaction should make guests feel welcome and supported; however, thi
