The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is also clean. The wifi was free and had no issues. Cons: I do not believe the staff workers should receive any of this criticism - this criticism falls solely on the management for this practice: you will be woken up early in the morning on the day your stay ends for them to ask if you will be checking out. Staff workers take note: Someone stepped on feces and soiled 3 rug

Just want to say that my stay here has been nothing short of great. It's the first time I've been here and I've had no problems. The front desk staff has been great also. When I got here Ike took care of me and any questions that I had he answered right away. He has been super nice, patient and helpful. Also Kevin has helped me out and he was helpful too. Room was super clean and it's been quiet at night. I've been here for a couple months and I have no problem recommending it to anyone.

BEWARE. THEY DO NOT HONOR RATES OR CONFIRMATIONS BOOK OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL... STAY AWAY RUDE EMPLOYEES, POOR MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE!!!!||I was searching for a temporary long term stay after selling my home and searching for a new house purchase. The location was perfect in Addison. I booked a reservation a couple of months ago after I received a contract for my home; contract declined and I cancelled my reservation. Finally was able to close on my home, called Woodspring Suites in Addison and booked another reservation. I had to cancel again because I would be out of state for nearly 2 weeks; for work and for a funeral and stated during the cancellation I would call once I was ready to secure a room.||I called last week to reserve a room and was told the original rate could not be give

Horrible Customer Service! Female at the front desk hate working with guests! DO NOT STAY HERE! Need to speak about billing issues and cleaning fees that I am being charged above and beyond my reservations. Also, never got any linen for last 4 weeks, nor cleaning service for the 6 weeks I stayed. Was just told by your front desk person but I don’t have linen service when I know I do (yes you pay extra for it!). Also Hotel policy is every two weeks you’re supposed to get a clean the room. I’ve been here for six weeks now my room‘s never been cleaned. This is ridiculous. The woman at the front desk tonight is combative, rude as hell, and clearly hates working with the general public! She refused to give me a receipt, told me to go to hell when I ask for a copy of my complete portfol
