Baymont by Wyndham Addison

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Put up late (1am) by American Airlines. Dark hallways and eerie uninviting feel. The room was *frigid* and it took the wall heater over an hour to get warm enough to even take off my jacket. I tried to take a shower in the meantime and the fire alarm went off from the steam (bathroom fan not working). I kept the heater on full blast all night and still woke up shivering. Positives - despite being old, the room was clean and bed was nice. There is a small lobby which isn't winning any awards but it's a place to sit. If I needed a place to sleep for rock bottom price, this might do when it's not winter. But very upset at American Airlines for thinking this was a reasonable place to put me for delaying my flight over 12 hours.

We only stayed here because United Airlines had a mechanical problem with our airplane and they needed to reschedule our flight. It was more of a motel than a hotel. Definitely not a place I would have chosen for a stay. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle. We almost missed it because there are not direct signs of where to wait for the multiple shuttles outside the airport. Check in was seamless. Not the cleanest place to stay but the Airport paid for us to have a place to lay our head. It was unfortunately not a great start to our out of country destination. Shuttle in the morning was seamless.

We stayed here (two nights in a row)after American Airlines canceled our flight two nights in a row. Both nights the room was average level of clean. The second night we noticed there was a good amount of trash under the bed. The first night there wasn’t any soap in the shower. Everything is old and outdated. They still have doors that say smoking section and non smoking section. The second night we got in at 1:30am and received a call from the front desk at 2:30am which woke us up. She said the voucher from American Airlines we gave her was expired and we had to leave immediately. She said that we weren’t welcome in the lobby to wait ether. My wife is pregnant and it was 20 degrees and snowy outside. Skip this hotel. Spend the extra money elsewhere. OR…if you get a voucher from the airl

Positive: Room are comfortable Negative: Property need more cleaning , the carpet in the hallway have more stain the wall need new paint , outside the building lots of cigarette in the parking lot they should have proper designated place outside to smoke

The front desk staff and the cleaning and maintenance staff are very kind and efficient. The rooms are clean and they always make sure that we have clean towels, sheets and tissues. The heater, air conditioner, shower, sinks and toilet work great and I like the kitchenet with plenty of room to put necessities. TV and lights work good and nice desk to work on paperwork and calls. Also a closet and doors to put clothes with an ironing board. They even have a working blow dryer. I like the big bed with nice thick blanket and fresh sheets and personally like the drapes and curtains so when you want the room lit up, great. If you would like privacy and the room to be dark the curtains are perfect. They also have washers and dryers, a fitness center, free coffee and breakfast and soda and snack
