Worst experience ever !!! Don't book this hotel , this is more like an emergency hotel for people that are evicted , getting housing from government etc . I booked here thinking is a newer hotel and will be in the area , I couldn't even sleep because there was roaches in the room . How can this place be safe specially when we brought small children . There is people there with big dogs living at the place . I tried calling customer service about 10 times no one ever answer . I wanted to check in and had to wait for a lady to come help me because their front reception is literally closed !! Until you call them !!! Lobby is well maintain but smells like pet urine !!! Believe me I'm calling corporate I need my money back . Those rooms are infested with roaches

Place is clean but for a hotel that’s equipped with a kitchen, how about some paper towels and soap to wash dishes, OH WAIT THERE AREN'T ANY DISHES! $35 Per Night for dishes! Then they charge you for linen exchange!? WHAT!!?? Here for 9 nights and you’re going to make me pay for clean towels?!? What in the world? |I have never stayed somewhere that CHARGES for exchanging dirty towels, or didn’t have shampoo, soap and conditioner. So low class with the “amenities” they claim to have. This should not be more than $80 a night when you have to provide your own dishes, soaps and everything else. |Such false advertising for this place. So raft from a “resort”.

Reserved for 2 beds for 2 nights, was given 1 bed for 1 night for 3 people. Room had only 1 hand soap, no shampoo and no extra soap. Second night, room had only 1 bar soap, 1 dirty towel with pube hair on it, called front desk to ask for more towels, was given only 1 additional towel only, staff said they didn’t have any more towels??? Girl at front desk is friendly, but the whole set up is not good, the front desk window should Always be open and have a person there. Rooms should have enough towels for the amount of people in room. Extra soap would help too and shampoo.. We could also smell marijuana from our restroom vent.

I can’t believe this is a hotel, fits time experiencing this kind of service, no body wash, no shampoo, no conditioner, no room service (they do it every 2 weeks). No pots, no dishes or any type of cookware. You can only connect 2 devices to internet, you will have to pay if want +2 devices. I won’t recommend this place for anyone.

Positive: Very nice and big room some of the housekeeper doesn’t clean very well Negative: Housekeeper, putting dirty sheets and pillowcase and towels into the room
