You get what you pay for. The location is central enough. My bathroom and bedroom had a bunch of dead ants in. The bathroom generally wasn’t very clean. There was lots of random hair that wasn’t mine. It’s a noisy location, so don’t expect to get a good night’s sleep. The road noise is very loud and the walls are paper thin so you can hear *everything* your upstairs and sideways neighbors are doing. The curtains don’t keep much outside light out, either. Fine if you’re only staying a night or two, I left one night early.

Booked a room online and arrived to find the bed with stains on the sheets. And ants in the bathtub. Light switches had black residue built up on them, and the mirror in the bathroom had somebody else's tooth paste spit on it, all of the floors were sticky. Simply put: The room was not clean and there were insects. We were in the room for around 10 minutes before deciding we could not stay. We were told we can get a refund, but they refused a refund us because we rinsed the tub to get rid of the ants, claiming we used it, and we peeled the bed to check for stains before sleeping in it. This hotel will lie to prevent a refund. Do not stay here. They are thieves.

The rooms were exceptionally dirty with miscellaneous stains and ants all over the room. The staff had said that they would give a refund to us with expedia and ive had to threaten lawyers multiple times and had been hung up on multiple times for me to get a refund, which i have still not received. They had lied to expedia stating that we had stayed in the room, we were basically in and out within 10 minutes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, everything about it is disgusting from the customer service to the cleanliness of the room. Stinks like cigarettes, hair all over the shower, bathroom door looked like it’s never been wiped, holes in comforter. When I tried to explain to the front desk all he said was no refund. Save yourself the time and money!

One day last week the lights were out for 7 hours with on air conditioner or anything.this week the cable went out .
