Woodlawn Campground

This place was great for what we needed. Owner 5/5 stars. She was the most polite, upbeat, friendly, sweet, and considerate person ever. Campsite itself was large enough for everything we had, and there was electricity and water at the site, which was great. It was in the trees so much cooler than the sunny areas outside of the campsite. The bathroom/shower area could use a little upgrade, but being that we camped in tents, it was wonderful to have those available to us 24/7. It seems like mostly RVs camp here, so for the price, this place is perfect. Outside of that, the picnic tables could use pressure washing, but it was rainy and muggy, so I'm sure that added to the moisture and whatnot on the tables themselves. The owner made sure that we got into our site and out of of site with ease

We were in town for a youth sports tournament. We stayed 5 nights and really only slept there. It had everything we needed and it was close to the athletic fields. The owner was very very kind and accommodating. The place has a "dated" feel, however everything was clean and functional. I felt it fully met our needs for a fair price. I would stay again should we be back for another tournament.

If you want a quiet place, this campground is it! We were here a week, Very clean , bathrooms had showers and they were clean also, the people that run it are very nice & want to make sure there are no issues, if there are they are right on top of them. Yes I recommend the campground

Woodlawn Campground is wonderful. Only 40 minutes from the beach it’s nice to retreat to some shade. Pat is incredibly nice and was wonderful with my 2 year old. We can’t wait to go back. There weren’t a lot of bugs and luckily there is plenty of wood around to save you some cash come fire time. I definitely recommend.

Really nice lady. Camping areas were clean and well maintained. Lot of shaded sites. Nice little park. Would definitely stay here again. Reasonable price.
