I hear that new management has been hired. I wish them well and hope that they are given the opportunity to make much needed improvements. I was there from July to October of 2023. Our lot was very well kept as are a few others however some residents were privy to personal information that should have not taken place. It’s very unprofessional when management would sit around outside the office with a select few residents and talk about other residents, these are things I personally witnessed. The laundry room/bathhouse is locked from 9pm to 7am even though there are no hours of use posted but some people were given special privileges. Such a nice quiet and peaceful spot right off the Kalama river. It even has a nice little fishing spot right down the road from it and conveniently located right off I-205. I have nothing but good moments when I am visiting this neighborhood.

Many tenants here give extra special attention to the maintenance of the lot where they've parked their RVs in addition to the ongoing maintenance required to maintain the comfortable sanctuary's they call home. Outstanding location with direct access to the Lewis River🥳🥳 Bring your canoe!!

Eh could be better. Park needs help. Place is a dump. River not visible due to trees bushes ect 475 a month with no river view in certain lots . Old run down rvs with tarps covering them.for 475 a month this is what u get .

Awesome place! People here are friendly and property is neat and clean. Feels like home.
