I cant even put into words how thankful I am that I swallowed my pride and went into this place asking for much needed help. I admitted I didnt know jack about fishing. He gave me the dumbass award and i took it and will wear it with pride 😆the pieces needed are not expensive at all, but whats priceless is the amount of knowledge that hes willing to pass on to his customers to ensure they have a successful but FUN time fishing! I will never go to another bait shop, my first impression was enough to secure him a temporary uneducated customer for life.

I can see why so many people come back year after year.. cute little cottages with all the amenities. You can bring your own boat, or they have plenty to rent. The owners and staff could not be more accommodating. We stayed in a Pinecrest cabin which is ideal for a family or serious fishermen. Can't wait to come back.

I can't say enough about Wolf River Resorts. My nephew & I were Grateful to be able to stay at this place so that we could Experience our first Air Venture in Oshkosh! It's a laid back old school place yet VERY CLEAN Room & Bed (Cottonwood #4) & Very Nice staff! I am SO THANKFUL that they were one of the two only hotels to not raise their rates like crazy during the festivities so that we could afford to visit! After we checked out, Marlys & the owner recommended that we stay in Oshkosh long enough to see the Spectacular Air show that night. Hopefully next time/year we can stay more nights & Fish off of the docks there too for it's a Beautiful & relaxing area (Check-in is inside a bait & tackle shop).

We've been coming here for over 20 years. Absolutely love this place! Owners and workers are all fantastic! Kitchenettes have everything you need and the neighbors are all very friendly. So nice to vacation in a great environment. Eagles, pelicans, herons, swallows and walleyes!!

This may be the most reasonably priced resort in Wisconsin. We called last minute and they had space for us for a long weekend, without breaking the bank. You can choose between cabins tucked off and a little more private or be down closer to town where all the action is. Fishing the river was great we caught alot in a couple days. I'll probably start going here a couple times a year.
