There was a booking that was made by a toddler through Expedia, and it happened while he was playing with the phone… it was cancelled and we had contacted them within 1-2 mins of the booking. The Expedia team and the motel are refusing the refund saying, “the method chosen was non-refundable” I’ll make sure to tell my toddler next time chose a “REFUNDABLE” option. Why would they make it that easy that TODDLER can book a room? Why is there no 2-step verification for this type of things?

Had a wonderful time very nice location and very nice staff clean rooms. Very good breakfast hot restaurant style breakfast. I definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to everything. Mall shopping eating restaurant great location great place to stay.

This place is incredible! The rooms are nice and spacious, and I have to shoutout the staff who helped me and my boyfriend in our incredibly evil situation where we accidentally got our car keys stuck on the roof!! 😭 They found us a ladder and we were able to retrieve them and we are so so grateful!! The staff here are very nice and willing to help you out even in weird situations like this one. Other than that, for what’s provided the price is great, the hot tub is beautiful, and everything was nice and clean :)

We booked this hotel to go to a concert. It is not your traditional high-rise type of hotel. it’s two or three stories and it’s multiple buildings kind of spread around so it took us a while to find it. On the good side, the staff was great. The room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and we felt very secure because all of the hallways were locked, you needed a pass key. It was very quiet as well. |There’s just a couple of things you should know before you book at this hotel one of them is that not all of the buildings have elevators. You have to go up a flight of stairs if you’re on the third floor. In addition to that, the breakfast was less than spectacular. The sausages looked like they were about a week old and tasted like they were. There was a lot of food not available wh

Positive: Convenient location for an overnight stop Negative: The room was not very clean. Countertops and furniture tops (desk and nightstands) were sticky and on one piece had food bits stuck on the surface. Very noisy overall with thin walls.
