Wilshire Motel

We booked one night there while in LA for business. It was a convenient location, we could walk from the motel to take care of our errands rather than dealing with LA traffic and parking. At the last minute our pet sitter bailed, and we had to take our dog. That meant a last minute cancellation at 4pm the day or check-in, since Wishire Motel doesn't take pets. So we didn't actually stay there, but the staff were so kind by phone, informing us of a pet-friendly hotel nearby. But the real clincher came later: they made an. exception and gave us a full refund, even though we cancelled so later and they didn't have to do that. Our stay here was fine, but it's an odd place. The buildings themselves are strange - kinda look almost like temporary buildings. I've never seen anything quite like it. That didn't really matter, although the sound insulation between rooms isn't great. Well I had no trouble sleeping but that might vary, so just be aware. ||We had no trouble parking at any point but your luck might vary in those terms. ||The location is great, and the price was great too, I think you'd struggle to do better without spending quite a bit more. We'd definitely come back.

Positive: Clean and convenient location plus free parking. They have security. Negative: a little noisy. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it is clean, safe, convenient, reasonably priced, good value

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of Personal attention. Well maintained 17 unit complex. CLEAN. Comfortable beds. They help with the FREE parking if area is nearly full. Always had a parking spot. Unit 30 cottage was great with a full size refrigerator and sink. Older complex doesn’t have much sound proofing between common walls, but other customers are aware and considerate. Ear plugs provided.Clean, comfortable, secure and safe.

Very safe place, it’s a gated community and car will be safely parking there. Free parking, Room is clean and organized, staffs are friendly and welcoming, they help you with what you need, good communication. They have 24-hr front desk service in case you need anything.
