Willow Tree Inn & Suites

Excellent hotel with great service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless.

Wow, just wow. So, my friend and I showed up at the Willows to get a room for the night, the lady at the counter didn't speak English very well so a man (guest ? staff ?) helped us communicate with her. After mentioning the rates, she looked at us and simply said "Two men. No." I wasn't quite sure what to make of it, so I asked the third guy if she really meant we couldn't book here because we were two friends who happened to be male. He said "Yeah, sorry about that", and the lady left. I'm just... speechless.

I came during a busy weekend and had no issues with them still being able to accommodate me. The people working at check in were friendly. The rooms are HUGE and very nicely decorated with the renovations. I absolutely loved the mirror with adjustable dimmed lights, and the ceiling lights surrounding the bed. They also used pretty good quality free toiletries. Bed was pretty comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again

This place is amazing for the price. Newly renovated with such comfy bedding and quality pillows. Brand new flooring, beautiful back-lit mirrors and gorgeous sink. Nice comfy lounge chair and dining table set. Air conditioner worked insanely well. Literally feels like an apartment. Woman at the front desk is so kind and sweet, definitely book a stay here!

Room was nicely, sleekly remodeled and it looks like they were undergoing a big effort to update the entire property. Unfortunately, there was no reception on the big flatscreen in the room. We'll chalk it up to a work in progress since the room rate was definitely a fair price and everything else was good.
