Willow Creek Campground

Beware of Google! Google says speed limmit 55MPH! and its 33 miles unpaved road in! And 33 miles unpaved road back out! But, it is passable! Even with a big trailer. You just have to sleep in all that dust for a while! The place is beautiful once you get there though! And surprisingly lot of people there for how far out of the way it is

This is a great, no frills, out of the way campground. It comes complete with an awesome hot spring. Has a pit toilet that was relatively clean, a few picnic tables. Fire rings have been made by previous campers. When we were there in Apr 19 the surrounding area was pretty clean. There are camp spots before the spring on the west side of the road and spots at the end of the road near the spring.

Stayed here 4/24 and for a Monday at the beginning of Spring I was surprised how many people were out! The gravel/dirt roads leading to the campground were well maintained but at the camp there were lots of puddles of water. The amenities here were better than I expected for this campground! All camp sites seemed to have a fire pit and I got lucky and scored one with a bench. The hot springs are directly across from the bathroom which is convenient! No toilet paper when I went so bring your own just in case. Was very surprised and impressed to not only have service but some download abilities.

Remote and beautiful. The smaller pool is the warmer pool.

it’s not too hard to find we just followed google map, the pools are right next to the campground, one warmer one cooler, we arrived there at midnight and the water temperature is ok enjoyable(mid March) and starry sky is really cool. The campsite has a restroom, picnic tables fire rings but no water no nothing. There’s a little check in log station thingie(a metal box) next to the restroom don’t forget to put your name down :)
