Williamstown Motel

I've been coming to Williamstown for 10 years to visit the great museums in the area and catch an occasional show. I stay here at the Williamstown Motel every time. It's a super-friendly and safe place with consistently clean rooms at a very good price. The owners are so sweet and make every effort to make sure I have what I need. Ask them for recommendations for restaurants! It's a sweet, affordable place to stay in the Williamstown/North Adams area.

Williamstown Motel was just the right place at the right time when I was looking for a multi-day stay that would be safe, affordable, comfortable and convenient to North Adams (music festival) and Williamstown (Clark Art Institute). Located on the main busline -- but not noisy! - the motel is up-to-date, with comfortable beds, great showers and a very gracious and accommodating host, Rocky Ghouse, who helped me and will help you make your visit a success. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus!

Comfortable, everything you need in a convenient location for everything in Williamstown and North Adams. Small rooms in an older property but very well maintained and decorated. Lots of hot water, small fridge, good bed. Host, Rocky couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Good restaurant recommendations from him.

The best aspect of this place is Rocky, the owner, who warmly welcomed me, offered restaurants recommendations (and a small discount at a couple of places with your key fob), and how I can best drive to Greylock. The room itself is small yet perfect for me as I was on my own. The place is far from fancy but seemed well-maintained and clean. Yes, the dresser could be replaced but who really puts their clothes in one 😉. The AC worked and seemed like a newer unit. Also, you can bring your dog here for a small fee/day. There are sidewalks so it seems you can walk them along Main Street with no major issues. It’s only 1.3 miles from the Williamstown Theatre Festival so one could theoretically walk there.
