Wilderness Resort Villas LLC

I have stayed here 3 years with my family and stayed in 2 different villas. 1 allowed pets. Both VERY nice. Staff friendly. Loved the views, beach, and indoor pool and hot-tub for bad weather days. The lake is big but quiet. Nature abounds, bald eagles, loons. They also have Nisswa Boat and Jet Ski Rental company at the resort. We rented jet skis and a pontoon each year. Cheaper then other rental companies. This place is a hidden gem.

We rented one of the 5 bedroom twin home villas for 3 families to share. The villa was spacious and we loved the deck/screened in porch. Be advised that the houses are VERY close together. Much closer than they appear in photos. There isn't much view of the lake due to trees between you and the lake. AND, if your neighbors smoke, you will definitely smell that when you go outside on your deck.||||The carpet was in rough shape and desperately needed to be cleaned. The kitchen was very poorly appointed. Nice amount of dishes and silverware, but that was it. Pots and pans had loose handles, scratched up non-stick coating. One serving bowl was all we found which doesn't work when you are cooking meals for 9 people. The kitchen did have a nice large refrigerator and knife block. Having your own

Wilderness resort villas is mine and my family’s favorite place to get away for the weekend. we’ve been here for years and we love it. Amenities, staff and the lake are all great! It feels like home here. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone and everyone to stay here if you are looking for a weekend getaway or just a place to stay up north 👍🏼

Spent a weekend here with a group of friends. We had a hell of a time getting the reservation right even after multiple phone calls, the wifi in the villa never worked, and they added on a mysterious $100+ charge to our credit card after the stay even though they made us pay the entire balance up front and were unable to provide an explanation of where the additional charge came from. Pool was nice. But overall I'd recommend a hard pass on this one due to their questionable billing practices.

This place is awsome! The pool arcade and the cabins are so cool! I go there every year and it never disappoints me. This play needs way more love because how good it is!
