Cool idea and fun lights for the night tubing. For about $30 per person it was not a worthwhile experience. We left after one hour as the wait times were so bad we were only able to get 2 runs in. Total dud!
Loved the glow snow tubing! They have a small fire going when you get cold. There’s children and adult size tubes. It was cool to see a huge group of 8 go down the very last one. Super fun!
We recently visited Wild Mountain for snow tubing, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We purchased a two-hour tubing session, but during that entire time we were only able to go down the hill six times. The wait times were extremely long. They operate with only one conveyor lift, and it moves very slowly. On top of that, they allow only a limited number of people up at a time, which makes the line barely move. The overall organization was poor. Most of the staff appeared to be teenagers who were not properly managing the flow of people. Everything felt slow and uncoordinated. Safety at the bottom of the hill was also concerning. There was no clear supervision of who was exiting the lanes. At one point, we collided with people who were just standing directly in the
The actual experience of going down the hill tubing is great...the price 28 bucks for 2 hours, watching 90% of the people in the time slots sold sitting in line with you is maddening, the entire park is sitting in line waiting to get on the one lift which either breaks or has to have a number of seconds between people getting on or it breaks...you dont even have the option to walk up. You maybe go down the hill maybe 8 times in 2 hours...its over priced...
Their managers budge in line to “test ride the hill”. Super unprofessional. Go to Trollhaugen. They have a much friendlier staff and you don’t need to wait in line to get on the belt to go up.
