Whittier Travel Inn

When I first arrived at the facility, the elderly woman working at the reception showed me some extremely disgusting and humiliating pictures of how previous guests had supposedly left their rooms dirty. It made me feel sick. I’ve never seen such a filthy and disgusting place in my life. No one should ever go there. The staff themselves are just as awful — showing such revolting pictures to a guest is a truly despicable thing to do.

This place was a good location but it's in need of repairs. First off,you might want to bring a few blankets as the room is drifty and the heater is old and loud.Theres a huge gap in the door you can see through. The beds are very uncomfortable and the number on the door is pealing off.Not a good look. They were really stingy with the towels as they only give you one wash cloth and one hand towel for two people. We did get 2 small and wore out bath towels for 2 days.I gave the attendant a 5 to get more but she didn't answer our request. 🙃 Also the fan in the bathroom is loud and rattles when on.We couldn't wait to vacant! Very disappointed 😞

We had great friendly service her. The view was gorgeous. I tried the halibut it was good,my husband tried the jumbo shrimp it was regular size. The shrimp was ok. The mixed veggies were good. The meal was pricy but good Wheelchair accessibility.

This place used to be good when it was ran by another person but when the lady took over the place started going down hill from there.. our last stay there the lady started knocking in our door and trying to force herself into our room To see if we had anyone else staying in our room when it was clearly just me and my wife! . .. that was very rude and uncalled for, we’re never returning back till that lady is gone.

It's a decent motel. Clean rooms and sheets.
