White Rock Motel

The rooms are not as clean as they were two years ago. Our room was so musty and moldy. The pillows were damp, and musty and I don’t think the bedspread was ever washed . I had to spray Lysol to even be able to breathe in there. Their linens are worthless and we didn’t even get a soap for a shower. Dead bugs in the window . Don’t think we’ll stay there again .Too bad we liked it the last time two years ago.

An American owned mom and pop motel that shows all the pride that made these places memorable. Our room was small by modern standards, but had everything we needed- coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge w/ freezer AND a small kitchen sink! Modern flat screen TV. Very comfortable bed. Roomy bathroom w/shower. Large absorbent towels. Iron and ironing board. Small table with 2 sturdy chairs. Clean, clean, clean! I gave it an "excellent" review because it is excellent in its class- don't expect the Ritz Carlton. But if you enjoy the ambiance of a small motel this is a great place. We brought some breakfast items with us and I enjoyed sitting out on the front lawn and drinking my coffee in the morning. This is a great value for your $$.

I’ve never stayed here but every year around Christmas this place goes above and beyond on their Christmas lights… if this motel cares about its rooms like it does its Christmas lights, it may be the best motel in America.

Called left a message for call back, but never got heard from anyone. Called again during the morning, she acted like this was a huge deal to look for availability. Wanted to pay for a family member to have a room for a couple of nights. He’s staying with a friend until he finds his own apartment. She flat out refused and was very rude and condescending. Guess I will spend my money elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

The gentleman who I made my reservation & checked in with was very nice. I entered my room & it was perfect. Everything is pristine, very well organized & clean. The bed is amazingly comfortable; I had the best night sleep since the start of my vacation. It was a little cool this morning for me, (I'm from FL), but not too bad. I had the thermostat set at 68 & it was about 65 this morning but maybe they don't have the heat on yet. Not a big deal, as it was still comfortable. I'm so thankful that I switched to this motel! Prices are extremely fair for what you receive in return. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
