Glocester Motor Inn

The Glocester motor inn has come such a long way since new ownership took over about a year ago. Old management has been removed and new management has been put in. The newest owner, John, has been working hard to update the outdated rooms one by one. New paint, new tiles in the bathroom, new ceiling tiles, updated appliances, a larger dumpster, freshly painted exterior etc. coin-op laundry on site is quick and convenient. 24 hour on site management always there to address any issues that might arise. Daily and weekly rates available. Ample parking. ||If you've had a less than desirable experience in the past, rest assured with the new owner and new management, this quiet and updated inn will satisfy. This was one of the worst motels we have stayed in. It had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke when we walked in. The carpet and bedspread had cigarette burn holes. The sheets did not appear to be washed. The toilet leaked on the floor. The refrigerator smelled awful. The floors were dirty. We slept in our clothes on top of the bed. The only reason we stayed was because we could not find any other hotels with a vacancy within a reasonable distance. Next time we would just sleep in the car.

The new Owner John is truly amazing and a great person. He cares about the people who stay at his hotel. He treats you like family. 10/10 recommend staying at the Glocester motor inn!! The owners are awesome here!

Rooms are clean and up to date, no problems with internet or appliances. Great restaurant right next door, plenty of parking. New management is doing a great job 👌

My room was recently renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Restaurant right next door is great, and the lake is directly across the road.
