This motel has 10 small but efficient units. We were a bit apprehensive at first. This motel is of the older type (cars park right in front of your door. We were pleased once we got into our room. Clean very clean. It was set up everything larger motels offer. The bed was very comfortable. We cannot say enough about this motel. They also allow pets. There wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. It is a nice feeling to stay at a place like this. The cost was much lower than would be expected. We highly recommend this place. This is a perfectly nice roadside motel with small but well maintained rooms. Teri, the owner was very nice to work with and clearly tends to her business carefully and with the customer in mind. There is a small outside seating area and a fire pit, a screened in game room, in-room fridge, kurig and microwave and up-to-date linens. The rooms are small and simple and the grounds are cheerful and well maintained. The location is very convenient to Windham and Sebago Lake with a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A reasonable room for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation is to ask for additional pillows.

My husband and I didn't expect much, and we got just that, not much. Terri was nice and friendly. The room was ok..well alot less than ok. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and they should put a few bucks back into their property, like: mattresses and linens. What really got us, when we left on Saturday to attend my nieces wedding it didn't occur to us we needed to ask them to bring in towels and take out the trash. I can live with the sheets not being changed, but come on ... it was over 90° on Saturday. We returned to take showers and go out to dinner, NO TOWELS. You may be saying, "get over it." But the rooms are over $100 a night. I was told I had to ask for towels...really? I would not recommend and would suggest you keep looking. If you do stay, you will figure out quick

The managers or innkeepers or whatever are very rude and discriminatory. They’ll make any excuse to bother you, charge you $8 for a hand towel that gets stained (yeah, there’s a deposit, but when people stay for an extended period of time and they have to actually go up and ask you for clean towels every few days, there’s likely to be a stain on a hand towel. But eight dollars?) and try and start problems wherever they can. ||||My family and I had to stay there for two months waiting on an apartment. We spent 2500 in ten weeks on a tiny room with two beds, a mini fridge that hardly worked, a keurig that didn’t work at all, a sink that leaked, didn’t drain, and would have nasty stuff come out of the drain itself, floor registers that don’t work but are uncovered and rusty (my two year old c

This Inn was quiet and comfortable, providing a rustic Maine experience that the other chain motels simply cannot deliver. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the innkeeper Terry is incredibly nice and helpful should you need anything. Best of all - it is more affordable than the "microtel" down the street (basically a quickly built corporate hotel). Only a short walk/drive form the Inn is a private beach on Lake Sebago, good breakfast/lunch restaurants, and the main stretch of Windham where many stores can be found. ||||My family will definitely be staying at the Inn when we return to Maine next year.
