White Oak Lodge & Resort

2nd floor condo, NO Check-in service ( online), temperature was a little tricky, was 64° upon check-in, bbbrrrrr, one bedroom had fan that would not work ( would like circulation). Be careful of table lamps, they're not sturdy, lampshades are loose. Odd that they furnish WHITE towels throughout BUT if you stain them they charge you! Bring your own towels, even for kitchen! Not enough hangers in closets. Primary bath needs a makeup chair for vanity (had to use kitchen chair). Primary bedroom toilet handle sticks so water keeps running. I don't think the shower was cleaned very well, 3 dead SPIDERS ! Yikes. Condo is very dated but comfortable.

Just had our Chritmas vacation cancelled on us 2 days before Christmas check-in. Left completely high and dry now that everything else has been booked. Actions like these should be illegal after all guests purchased plane tickets, rental cars, requested days off work, ect. and 2 days before check in get cancelled with no other options left. Way to ruin Christmas. Horrible way to treat people.

The resort was great. It was very clean and we enjoyed the pool! We had some noisy neighbors but you can’t control that. We will definitely be back to the White Oak Resort and recommend it to all our friends and family.

What a gorgeous place! My family vacationed here not knowing exactly what we'd be experiencing and we were blown away. Gorgeous view from all sides of the cabins, beautiful layout inside, very close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for touristy stuff. Grocer nearby, too. Pool on the property was fun for kids and adults alike. Staff was very responsive to resolve issues in the cabins or on the property. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

We had a wonderful time staying at White Oaks. The Cabin Was perfect and Beautiful. The views of the Smokey Mountains was Awesome. Thank You.
