White Lake Beach Resort

Don't eat at the resturant. Food is horrible. The duck was too tough to chew. The schnitzel was burnt. They were out of prime rib, which was the special. The ribeyes were very fatty. We ordered sides that we never got. And it took almost an hour to get our food.

This is a the simple quaint all around great Wisconsin getaway. Great food, a real bar with friendly staff. Faith was such a sweetheart, Keegan was our server and on top of it. Beautiful lake and sandy beach. And the cute painted turtles swimming along side of you was exciting. Cant say enough about the convenience of the caddy shack bar on the beach. The roaming peacock add just a special touch of humor. A must try! CALL WANDA AND BOOK! She likes red wine! 😉

Time stands still at White Lake Beach Resort! My family has been going for 60 years. It is the perfect place to unplug and enjoy a vacation. The lake, the beach, the bar, and so much more make for an unforgettable time whether you are stopping for drinks and dinner or staying for a week. The new owners have put it a great deal of updates and it has not gone without notice!

This is an old resort. The new owners have made a strong effort to maintain and update the cottages and furnishings (much appreciated). The lake is the best feature, crystal clear and well kept. The bar is a throwback. Good service, but the atmosphere is time-machine worthy. It's awesome! We haven't been to the restaurant yet this year.

Mothers day dinner. What a joke. How embarrassing. You literally had to beg for meat or desserts. Ham was pressed ham. Prime rib was brought out a very small chunk that had to have been microwaved. Dry crumbly tough meat? When you ask for the prime rib they said come back in 20 minutes. And then, sorry, we are out again. Wait 20 minutes. Desserts were well past their prime. Bread pudding was brought out a couple of cups of hard dried microwaved clumps. All that went could not find anything but hushpuppies to eat. Whatever they did to their sausage gravy was so disgusting we had to spit the gray/brown stuff out. No one came to offer drink refills. No cheese to be found in their mac and cheese. Such a poor display of disgusting food with cheap being their primary mission. Never will retur
