Good location. Easy access to Mt Vernon but far enough to be out of town. A few pull thru sites, mostly shaded back in spots. Everyone here is long term at the moment. WiFi was spotty when I arrived and I made management aware. They quickly rectified the situation and now it is outstanding. Priced right for what it is.
Floyd is the owner. There was a power outage at Dukes EV station. He allowed me to come to his park and charge my Ford Lightening enough to get to the Ford dealership, where I could fully charge, for FREE! God bless this man! Will be telling my boss to buy a gas generator to keep in the truck in case of power outages!
So far great. Just got moved in. Seem like great people. Will rate again later. Beautiful place, great with trees.
Great place to stay internet needs to be updated I know it's from the other people using it but over all great place to stay
Very kind owner, and is a peaceful place to live.
