The Oaks on 37 was an amazing stay! The amenities are incredible and everything is so family friendly. As someone with a big family, I always appreciate kid-friendly places, and this is one of them! The pool is beautiful and the locker rooms are so nice and spacious. My kids loved riding their bikes all over the property, the clubhouse is full of very nice amenities, and the RV hookups were very easy to work with. We would absolutely stay again!
Stayed at The Oaks for 8 months and can definitely say i would love to be back!Great entertainment neighbors are super friendly it’s a very chill place from being by the pool or having a cookout with friends.Management is GREAT; always around especially chad🤣 Both pool and showers are well taken care of as well the laundry mat.Sites are super spacious and kept clean. Entertainment room is very comfortable to stay in while waiting on laundry.Definitely recommend on staying here you’d love your stay!
An amazing place to stay it feels secluded. Such a fun area to be. We had a blast staying here for three months. Service was great, super clean and well kept. Clubhouse and pool was really fun. Plenty of space for kids to run around. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Will definitely be back.
The Oaks on 37 is fantastic—highly recommended! From the pool to the gym, they have everything you need. Chad is amazing; we love him! He’s the real reason we enjoy this place so much. Come bring your camper and stay awhile!
5 stars ++++++++++ The Oaks on 37 is a beautiful, clean, and well maintained RV park for not only full timers but 1+ overnight stays as well. The location is centrally located to several towns for shopping, great eating establishments, social venues and Lakes Cypress and Bob Sandlin. The concrete pads are level and spacious to allow parking for our RV and 2 vehicles. Driving into the campground, the seasonal plants are well maintained and add a nice "WELCOME". The grounds are maintained on a regular schedule and create a pristine setting for the rising/setting sun on the horizon! The amenities offered here are phenomenal and definitely above country club standards!! The Amenities Center with giant tv and comfy couches is so welcoming!
