Westlake Waterfront Inn

This is a no frills hotel. We needed a place to rest our heads and this did the job. The best part about our room was the air conditioner, it worked amazingly well! Our room had two queen beds, a tall dinner table with two chairs, mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. We went during the off season so it was quiet. The view of the lake is beautiful and access to the water seems convenient if that’s your intention. The whole process of making a reservation, checking in/out was unconventional but Liz made it work. It is only about 10 minutes from Bridgewater Plaza, which is fantastic. I would stay again.

My husband and I had a weekend planned in the area and a friend recommended this hotel. We were not expecting a 5 star luxury hotel. We were expecting a clean comfortable place to sleep at night and that is what the hotel had to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful with advice on places to dine in the area. If you're looking for five star pampering, this is not your place. If you're looking for somewhere to stay at night while you enjoy a day on the lake and the beautiful scenery in the area, I highly recommend their facility.

Trying to be fair because the lady was nice & room was clean with good sheets. BUT the water was HORRIBLE (and I'm not a capitals person). Let’s start with how outstanding the owner is of this establishment! She is absolutely amazing! Very affordable!!! The rooms are VERY clean and amazing set up! Loved how we were able to rent a boat and park at the dock that is with this establishment! My husband and I took a trip for our honeymoon and it’s was amazing! Great location. Peaceful. Quiet. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the water. Loved the onsite boat ramp looked so easy. This is definitely a place we will be recommending to everyone we know!!! Wishing we could do a 10 star review!!!

Reserved months in advance. Called morning of and confirmed. They sent me a link to pay for the room and told me that I would get a text with instructions to enter the room. Arrived at 5PM and never had received the text with instructions to get into the room. Went to the office to find it closed with a note saying call this number if there’s a problem. Called the number to get a voice mail stating reservation hours were from 8AM to 9PM. Called 4x over the next 3 hours with no return call. Finally left voice mail message stating I had called my credit card company to cancel the room. The next morning I saw that the room had been refunded. Never got a call or text explaining what had happened or an apology. Talked with charter captain and he stated it’s a trend with the hotel manager. Ridi
