Westgate

We have been owners for 6 yrs. Our first 2 years coming we always got what we were told was our floor plans. Which is in the valley that we loved. Then after those two yrs its all been crap since! They no longer put us where we request. They say its upgrade but truly out dated and un kept units. You pay maintenance fees and get put in units that are clearly not maintained! Not to mention the vultures that are called a concierge that literally harass you as you're trying to enjoy your vacation. They lie, they are rude, oh did I mention they lie!? We always come in January off season because we love the slow pace and less crowds. The resort is empty! We were told by a driver we are 1 of 10 families staying this week. But we couldn't be put in the valley because they were assigned to people

This place legit sucks! Unless you wanna wait like 2 freaking hours to check in this is a terrible place to be! Hurt my foot really dang bad on the yellow water slide. Service sucks, the only nice guy there looked like my grandpa and Jack black had a baby that is the only reason that this even gets a 1 star. We got a tiny little room no space at all! We had to fold out the couch mattress to even fit a family of four! If you like terrible service, long waits, hurting legs, crazy headaches, bad staff, tiny rooms than this is the place for you!

Comfortable, beautiful resort positioned just between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for easy access to both.

Do not stay here. Expect 1-2 hrs to check in and 20% gratuity for poor service at restaurants at the property. Shuttles are intermittent at best or non-existent so drive to the water park Our sink leaked all over the floor, so that was great too. Management does not care at all. No one answers the phone.

Definitely a cool hotel just the second bed you get is quite uncomfortable
