If all you want is a mostly clean room and a quiet nights sleep, you can get that for under $80. There was a shortage of maintenance to the extent that the card reader at the back door was not functional so a rock was placed in the door sash. The overflowing trash was also real turn off. Ownership lives on site and the cooking smell permeated the hallway The cable in our room did not work at all - didn't bother to call for it to be fixed. We had one serving for coffee in our room and the breakfast buffet consisted of cereal and a loaf of bread.

Room clean and comfortable. Location good for my purpose. Service gets 0 stars because of either language barrier or dishonesty not sure which. Called a week before my stay and explained my need to have room from approximately 2 am till 5 pm because of work. I was told no problem and given a price. Arrived at hotel during check in I again explained to same person, maybe owner? My need for room from 2am till 5 pm because of my shift, repeated at least 3 times during checkin still fine. Woken up by housekeeping at 11, told housekeeping what I was told. Received a call from from desk saying he never ok'd this! Dishonesty or language barrier really don't know but will drive a little further next time to be understood! I have just checked out and assuming the issue was dishonesty as I was charg

Spoke with hotel about special needs for room was told all was fine and price was quoted over phone week before stay. Again on arrival special needs were discussed and agreed upon. Hotel did not honor agreement or price. Thought issue was with language barrier but have decided the establishment lied after overcharging. Please always remember to get everything in writing!

Terrible hotel. No screens or locks on windows, stains, filthy bathrooms, actual feces on the seat when I arrived. I cancelled after 1 night and switched hotels (stay at Americinn!) and they refuse to even refund per their policy. Terrible place- terrible customer service.

I called to see if I could get a receipt email to me and because of a language barrier, he spelled Washington wrong so I never received the email, I called back and asked him to confirm the email address, that's when I learned he spelled it wrong. So I spelled it out plan as day and still no email. I asked him if he could just take a picture of the receipt and text it to my phone. He went on to say he is sure the problem is on my end, as if my email isn't working, I tried explaining to him I have received multiple emails today but before I could finish he hung up on me. I was not rude, nor did I get loud, this is a business dealing with customer satisfaction, so to have someone this rude at the front desk is just unexcusable. I called back to ask him for his name, he said Mick. When I aske
